Coat Check and Combing: Our trainers begin by combing through your dog's coat to check for tangles and mats and assess its condition before bathing.

Double Shampoo Wash: We use two shampoo applications to clean your dog's coat. The first wash helps remove dirt and grime, while the second provides an additional cleanse.

Conditioning Treatment: A conditioning treatment helps leave your dog's coat feeling soft and looking shiny.

Gentle, Comfort-Focused Drying: Our trainers use a cool blow dryer when appropriate. For dogs who are uncomfortable with the noise or sensation, we prioritize towel drying and fan drying to the best extent possible to help reduce stress.​

The Basic Bath is a great option for dogs who need a routine bath to freshen up their coat. Unlike a full grooming service, it focuses on bathing and conditioning rather than haircuts or styling.
Our professional trainers work directly with dogs every day and understand the importance of gentle handling and prioritizing each dog's comfort throughout the bathing process.
Important: For your dog's safety and comfort, we cannot proceed with a Basic Bath if their coat is matted. Please let us know about any matting or coat concerns before your appointment.​
